Before the event, I’ll identify your key people, priority moments, sponsors and any specific photography requirements. During the event I’m also looking beyond the run sheet — capturing delegate interaction, atmosphere, branding and the unscripted moments that help tell the complete story of the event.
Can you work directly from our event run sheet, shot list and key stakeholder requirements?
Absolutely. For conferences and larger corporate events, I’ll work from your run sheet and any supplied shot list, while coordinating with your event team throughout the day. I understand schedules change, so I’m used to adapting quickly without needing constant direction.
Can you deliver professional images during the event for social media, PR and stakeholder updates?
Yes. Near-live and expedited delivery is available, with selected images professionally edited and delivered while your event is still underway. This is particularly useful for LinkedIn, social media, PR, media releases and stakeholder communications.
Do we need more than one photographer for concurrent sessions, breakouts or multiple event spaces?
Not always. I’ll review your program and recommend the most practical coverage. For conferences with simultaneous sessions, multiple venues or a large number of priority requirements, I can provide additional experienced photographers so important parts of the event aren't missed.
How quickly will our complete event gallery be edited and delivered?
Standard delivery is generally within 5–7 business days, with every delivered image professionally edited and supplied in an online gallery. Faster turnaround, same-day selections and near-live delivery can also be arranged when your marketing or communications team needs images sooner.
What happens if the lead photographer is sick or unexpectedly unavailable?
You can book with confidence knowing there’s a contingency plan in place. Matthew works with a trusted team of experienced associate photographers who regularly photograph corporate events and conferences alongside him. In the unlikely event that the lead photographer becomes unwell or unexpectedly unavailable, an associate photographer can step in, with Matthew Langa Photography continuing to manage the brief, communication, editing and final delivery. What types of corporate events do you photograph?
I photograph a wide range of corporate events, including conferences, awards nights, gala dinners, networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, business functions, corporate parties and team events.
Do you photograph events in Brisbane as well as the Gold Coast?
Yes. I photograph corporate events across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed, Byron Bay and Coffs Harbour. Travel requirements can be discussed when preparing your quote.
Can you photograph conferences and multi-day events?
Yes. I can provide photography coverage for single-day and multi-day conferences, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions, networking, exhibition areas, sponsor branding and candid interactions between delegates.
Can you photograph awards nights and gala dinners?
Yes. Awards nights and gala dinners can include arrival photographs, venue details, sponsor branding, speeches, award presentations, group photographs, entertainment, table interactions and candid guest photographs.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event photographer?
I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for large conferences, end-of-year events, awards nights and events held during busy periods. However, I can sometimes accommodate shorter-notice bookings depending on availability.
How many hours of photography coverage do we need?
This depends on your event schedule and priorities. Coverage may include venue preparation, guest arrivals, presentations, networking, group photographs, awards, entertainment and departure photographs. I can help recommend the most suitable coverage after reviewing your run sheet.
Can you photograph multiple rooms or breakout sessions?
Yes. For events with concurrent sessions, breakout rooms or multiple event spaces, additional photographers can be arranged so important moments are covered without compromising the quality of the images.
Can you provide formal group photographs?
Yes. I can organise and photograph formal group photographs, staff portraits, team photographs, speaker portraits, sponsor photographs and other requested combinations. Providing a list of required group photographs before the event helps keep the schedule running smoothly.
Can you work with our event manager, venue and production team?
Yes. I regularly work alongside event managers, venue teams, audio-visual suppliers, entertainers and production crews. I’m comfortable working discreetly around speakers, delegates, staging, lighting and event schedules.
Can you capture sponsor branding and promotional material?
Yes. I photograph sponsor walls, signage, exhibition stands, branded installations, promotional displays, products and other important branding throughout the event. These images can be useful for sponsors, media releases, social media and future event promotion.
Are the photographs suitable for social media and marketing?
Yes. Images are professionally edited and supplied in high resolution, suitable for websites, social media, LinkedIn, media releases, internal communications, sponsor updates and other marketing requirements.
Can we request specific photographs or provide a shot list?
Yes. You can provide a shot list, run sheet, list of key people, sponsor requirements and any must-have photographs before the event. This allows me to plan the coverage around your priorities while still capturing spontaneous moments.
Do you provide photography and videography?
Photography coverage can include highlight video, pre-event or post-event B-roll and other video requirements, depending on the package. Please contact me to discuss the type of video content you need.
How much does corporate event photography cost?
Corporate event photography is quoted according to the event duration, location, number of guests, schedule, required deliverables and whether additional photographers or expedited delivery are needed. Contact me with your event details for a tailored quote.
Do you offer same-day photography delivery?

How are the final images delivered?
The final professionally edited images are generally supplied through an online gallery. The gallery can be shared with your team, event attendees, sponsors and other approved recipients.
Can you photograph our event at a specific venue?
Yes. I regularly photograph events at venues across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW. If you are planning an event at a particular venue, I can discuss the venue layout, schedule, lighting and coverage requirements with you before the event.
What happens if the event schedule changes?
